I SPOKE TO THE OFFICE AND THEY SAID $120 ALLOWANCE FOR THE MONTH. tHEY ALSO MENTIONED THAT WITH THE HAIR DRYERS, A/C AND POOR HABITS OF LEAVING LIGHTS ON WILL DEFINITELY GO OVER THE ALLOWANCE.

that is correct – We would recommend asking what that allowance is as, in our experience, no matter what apartment complex our students lived in, they went over every month except for the summer months when no one was living in their apartment.
